“Bought the regular length Roya leggings and really liked the weight, high waist, gussetted crotch, but there's a bit of extra fabric bunched at my ankles. Ordered these cropped ones (in navy and black) and tbh, they are the perfect long length for me, they hit mid ankle bone. I'm 5'3", 145, muscular legs (my weight is in my belly which these hi-waisted leggings avoid muffin topping) and I ordered both the XS and 3XS At first I thought the XS would do, but they were a bit loose behind the knees. The 3XS were more difficult to pull up but offer good compression and they get a bit looser with wear, so I'm glad I didn't go with the XS. Given that I generally wear a M/8 or 10 in bottoms, it seems strange to be wearing 3XS leggings! BTW, the navy blue is a good blue to wear with black for contrast, but when wearing it with colors other than black it can look kind of like a faded blue-tinged black.”
“I am so disappointed lately in US and what seems to be a downward shift in quality and consistency. I received a pair of Roya 3" leggings as a gift in Dec 019. I. love. them. so. much. I am wearing them today and they are just ahhhhhh. I ordered two more pair in March 01. The fabric of the new ones is softer and flimsier feeling, so they do not hold their shape and start bagging and puckering during the day. They are also a few inches larger in the waist and the legs than my 019 so they slide down, too. I thought maybe they would shrink with washing but they have actually just gotten baggier. The exact opposite of everything I loved about the original leggings. So bummed. I have had similar issues with my Tee Rex and V Rex shirts. I am loosing confidence in US.”
“I've bought so many sad cheap leggings that pinch at the knee, roll at the waist, and sag after a couple of hours.
No more. US Roya leggings are worth it. The feel great, last a long time, and don't pill.”
“I bought the 3 inch and they are not cropped. While they don't come down to the top of my ankle bone they don't look like my other capri or crop leggings.
That said the fabric is insanely soft and comfortable. Other leggings feel heavy on. These feel like I'm naked. As a size XL I notice a lot of leggings do not account for the difference between my seat coverage and the front. That cause them to dip in the back (I have junk in my trunk) and slide when I sit. This is not unique to US. A wider waistband helps (closer to four inches)
Also - they pill. If you have thigh rub, they are going to pill. For me the real test is how they wash and hold up over repeat wear. For the expense I hope to get a year or more of wear before they start to fade and show through.
That said I have one in Navy and four in black as legging are a wardrobe staple.”
