“I was not expecting to get a pair of underwear as one if the three items. I wasn't expecting three pairs of jeans but underwear do not count as clothing to me. I contacted customer service who said they thought the underwear were a "great addition" to the mystery box.”

I bought nicer organic cotton fair trade undies for $8 elsewhere. The response from US was underwhelming and basically was oh, thats too bad you werent satisfied but clearly no intention of making it better or right. Id never buy another item from this retailer. I think the mystery box is deceptive and since its final there are not returns or refunds. Id give zero stars if I could!”
“Before I start, yes I do know that this was a mystery box purchase. I received jeans, top and a pair of undies. The jeans arrived the correct size but did not fit over my calves, perhaps super skinny jeans aren't a good choice for a box like this. The top was the wrong size, long sleeved (it's summer??), so entirely unusable. The undies? Not much to say other then they are the only usable item in the box. Hooray for $100+ bikini briefs?”
