After many months of trying to buy jeans online, only to find that they fit in the waist but are way too big in the butt, I finally discovered the high-rise Seines last year. I like them, but the waistband is too high and is always folding over. I couldn't wait for this year's $35 sale to try the mid-rise version... and they are perfect! I usually wear an M in US and an 18 in pants, and the 16 fits just right. The distressed black is very cool, not too "acid-washed" looking, and unlike any of my other jeans. Perfect with my perennial black tops. Thank you, US!

This was my first time ordering from Universal standard and definitely won't be the last. I've always hated jeans, shopping for them and wearing them just sucked but these are life-changing. I actually am wearing jeans at home instead of ripping them off as soon as I come in the door. They are so insanely comfortable. I ordered a size down but I'm actually between sizes and probably could have gone one more size down, but they are still a great fit. I'm seriously never buying jeans anywhere else.

At first I had trouble with the sizing, according to the size chart I ordered a size that was way too big and baggy, I exchanged them and even though they werent quite the fit I wanted I kept them because they were very comfortable. I ordered a pair in black and the fit was completely different, but more like a real skinny jean so I was happy. Within 6 months, the first pair started to wear thin between the thighs and eventually ripped completely. Then the second pair started to do the same thing. I have had this happen with other brands but not this quickly. I dont wash them after every wear and dont dry them so I was surprised. When I reached out to US about it the more or less said this is to be expected and their is nothing they can do about it. I cant believe they say they pride themselves on quality and then just shrug when the clothes dont even last a year. The customer service was terrible also, this is a company that says they care, but when it comes down to it, they are just more fast fashion (but worse, my fast fashion jeans last way longer than this). Dont waste your money.

This pair of jeans runs large and while I did size down one size for the purchase, I really should have sized down two. The jeans are sliding off of me. I have these jeans in black and the fit perfectly one size down and I love them. I didnt expect the blue to be so different. The fabric stretch are great. Im just sad they are not the perfect fit.

These are good quality jeans but for me the petite left me long in the crotch. I will try a different style next time. It took me several tries to get the correct waist size and the return/exchange policy was wonderful.

I'll start by saying that I love the style and quality of these jeans overall. My issue is that I now have had a 5th shirt ruined by them. Recently I started noticing small holes in the middle-bottom of my shirts - in the same spot on all of them, which I've never experienced. I am very careful in the way I wash my things, and I always hang dry my shirts. After the 4th shirt I finally Googled to figure out the issue. What is it? Friction between the corner of where the button or buttonhole on your jeans are and your shirts. I exclusively wear US jeans now, and figured maybe it was something else. Got a new jersey stovepipe top and wore it for a couple of hours with these jeans? Hole. New V-Rex? Hole within a few hours. They all line up with the corner by the buttonhole on my pants, which is extremely rough compared to other pairs of pants I have. I'd be happy with the value of these jeans if they hadn't ruined nearly $00 of tops. I can do better at that pricepoint.
