Customer Service not so fabulous. I telephoned regarding my exchange. Sent to VM. Left VM. Received a text reply A WEEK LATER. NOT GOOD. The jeans are definitely 5 starsCustomer Service is 1 star.

“Not only was my call not answered, but l left a message on 1/9/00 that was responded to by text on 1//301. Unacceptable. I really liked the jeans I ordered. However, given the poor customer service response I will hard-pressed to order again.”
“Love the fit of these jeans but I bought the wrong size length. When I emailed asking if I could exchange them for the shorter size I was told I was not able to do that. Doing the return online didn't give me the option to exchange for the shorter size either. Make sure you order the correct size!”
