“These jeans fit well, except the thighs are cut so wide, and the inner seam is so rough that they begin to chafe me after wearing for even 5 minutes. I am going to try washing them and using sandpaper, then ironing-on some moleskin pads inside, but I shouldn't have to go through all that to avoid pain with US jeans! I tried to return them for a different cut and fabric, but cust service told me that US's (rigid, in my opinion) return policy when you use coupon codes meant that I was out of luck if I wanted to retain my discount and switch styles. I explained that I felt the rough d=seam made them defective, but the rep didn't acknowledge my claim and make any kind of offer to make it right.”
