“Though the fit of these pants were ok in fit in the waist and legs, the excess material in front below the waist puffs out and feels and look ridiculous. I would only wear these if I had an extra long sweater to hang down and cover that area up. It just wont lay flat.”
“The pleats in front, plus a long rise, make the fabric in front pouf out like a balloon. The length is awkward, and the wool is a bit itchy. But I could have dealt with that. The problem is the pleats/rise situation.”
“I really like the cut and fabric of these pants. The only downside is the waistband. The seam on the inside is sharp like a razor. I can only wear the pants with a tucked in blouse, otherwise it irritates my skin too much. I can't tell if they're all like that or if this item is defective. (Bought during sample sale, so couldn't exchange to find out.)”
“They are too tight in the waist and way to huge in the hips. I look like MC Hammer. The fabric is very nice, and they seem well constructed. I also bought the Rio jacket to match, in the same size as everything else I've bought from this site, and it was also too small. Unfortunately it was a final sale, and I can't return either. I only bought it because I felt confident that I knew my size based on other recent purchases. I am disappointed. I shouldn't have to "size-up" just because it's a suit. I was also shipped the incorrect items the first time, which was quickly and politely corrected, but still a bit of a hassle.”
“I feel like I would like these if they fit true to size, but they are much too big for me. I typically wear a size 8 or 10, got a 10 because it said to size up if you are in between sizes, and the pants are way too large. Got them on final sale so apparently I cannot return them. Would appreciate help if possible to return these.”
“I have never once in my life found a work or suit pant that was comfortable, flattering, and I was excited to wear until now. When I got these I tried them on with every blouse in my wardrobe and loved every look. The material is lightweight but not too thin or clingy. Overall the perfect pants and worth the price”
