“I order most of my clothes online these days, which means lots of returns because the quality is poor or they just dont fit. So, I didnt really believe these jeans would fit either.BUT THEY DID! In fact, because I am such a skeptic, I ordered a larger size than they suggested, and just got them back from the dry cleaner where they took in the waist for $30. SoI ordered the size Universal Standard originally suggestedAND THEY FIT PERFECTLY! So now, Im a believer.”

“I have an 11" difference between waist and hip. These are almost perfect. I love them, but they relax just slightly too much after a day of wear. I have large hips and thighs, so I need the extra room in the thigh of my regular size 18, but after a day the waist is a bit baggy. Not totally falling down but also not quite right. I do love that these have enough room in the seat, crotch curve, and rise to give me a true high rise (all the way to the rib cage!). I just wish the waist stayed a bit more firm. I think I am right between sizes on this one. I need the thigh from the 18 with the waist on the 16 to account for that extra stretch after wear. I do think these will pull at the inner thigh because the fabric is pretty soft. We'll see.”

“My waist is disproportionately small compared to my hips, and for many years I have had such a hard time finding jeans that fit both parts of me. These are wonderful. They hug my waist with no gaps, while still allowing ample room for my hips and butt, and they are insanely comfortable and even flattering. Seriously, US, please keep making these. They are wonderful. (You could taper the legs down to the ankles a bit more, but I'm not complaining.)”

“I am in general very anti-jeans. Im autistic and have a lot of sensory sensitivities related to clothes, especially things that are tight around my stomach. Jeans have been out of the question for me for a long time now, but Ive seen so many outstanding reviews for these jeans and wanted to try them out (the sale was also a great motivator lol) I am not disappointed. They feel like they were made for me. They are fitted but not restricting, stretchy without losing shape, nice thick denim that feels like it will last. They do run big (Id say Im probably a solid 18 at the moment, and I got these in a 14) but I took the little fit quiz and it was spot on.”

“I just received my jeans. This is the first time in my entire 44 years that I have been able to put on a pair of jeans and not have to get them altered in some way. From childhood, being a teenager, a size 6 or a current size 4 - I have always had problems finding jeans. I don't have to have these hemmed, I don't need the waist taken in. I am flabbergasted. Thank you Universal Standard for this feeling!”

“These jeans are amazing. I have a lot of trouble finding jeans that fit and this was perfect. The hip to waist ratio worked great. They are secure and well fitting while also having that bit of stretch so that they move with you.”
