I recently have lost a good amount of weight and have been struggling to find jeans that aren't jeggings and that are flattering to fit my new body shape and size (thick thighs, small waist, wide hips with some areas that are tricky to get right with denim). I almost cried when I put these on - they're perfect. Comfortable, just stretchy enough, great color (stonewash indigo), good length (3 inseam). Consider me a Universal Standard convert for life.

Finally, a pair of comfortable jeans that don't gap in the back. The only thing I'd change is the length of the inseam. The inch length is about two inches too short for me the 3 inch is about three inches too long. I'll alter them -- no biggie -- but it would be nice if there was an in-between length.

The quality of the denim on the Donna High Rise Curve jeans is first rate. These pants will last a long time. Very substantial material and extremely comfortable. Have tried a few styles of jeans from Universal Standard and kept the majority of them because of the high quality denim and because Universal Standard sincerely markets to a variety of body types which is truly wonderful. If you are willing to go with a slightly higher price point, the company Anthropologie hit it out of the park this year with an unbelievable Jean campaign. The selection of Jean styles (also for many body types) is endless. Great to know that designers are finally realizing that jeans can (and should) look fabulous on everyone!!

I love these jeans! I love the weight of the denim, the cut, color and how they wear.
