“Tastes great, goes down very well. I have some digestion issues with dairy that I thought this might conflict with but even having it with milk it actually seems to improve my gut issues too. Tastes great with coconut milk too!
After using it for roughly a month with some fairly light calisthenics/bodyweight exercise I've lost several % in body fat but gained around 4-5kg. Fairly impressed with the performance of this as I've not been doing huge workouts but the powder is working very well.”
