“I purchased the 100% whey protein hydro + enzymes and have been using it for several months. There were three key factors which informed my purchase, however none of these was especially easy to discover. 1. The protein content is the highest I can find from a reliable source. This was the easiest information to come across of the three, however that is only because I took the time to read several third party reviews of supplements available, having almost 83% protein was a huge selling point for me and honestly encouraged me to make the purchase much more quickly than I normally would, this got it straight onto my shortlist.
2. The value. The price per serving worked out to be around 99 cents, this is a huge selling point as it outmatches the competition, however this was something I had to dig deeper to discover. The selling power of this value could be more effectively maximised.
3. Free shipping on large orders. This was the benefit that got the product off of my shortlist and into my shopping cart, though was not apparent until I began to look into shipping and had I not noticed sooner could have left it in second place. Whilst it was simple enough for me to team up with a mate and order 8kg, it may be better marketed to add in a couple of accompanying products such as pre workout, bcaa's, or some creatine HCL capsules (along with a little info for new players). Having these options recommended to help people get over the free shipping threshold with ease could be the difference between making or losing a sale. My final point would be to review prices for companion products to enable people to reach free shipping more easily, if raising the price of a pre workout by 90 cents makes the total slightly over the threshold, I would be more likely to go for it than if the order just fell short.
On the flavour side, good neutral flavours like choc brownie and vanila were appealing and the protein dissolves very easily in water which I personally find fantastic.
The delivery for the products was quite fast, another brownie point!
