The texture is consistently great, with an awesome chocolate taste and a really creamy shake making a nice finisher to a heavy workout.
The protein itself is making its benefits known even after a week- recovery time is noticeably quicker and I get more out of my workout after taking the shakes in conjuction with weight training.
Would definitely recommend to anybody who does intensive training and needs that extra edge.”

“Been using this for about a week. I love it. I've bought the vanilla flavour, banana and the chocolate. Haven't tried the chocolate flavour yet but the other two are quite delicious. I mix mine through smoothies, Greek yoghurt and oats. The powders mix well and because of the high protein content, I find I am staying fuller for longer. Super quick delivery on products too.”
