Taste far exceeds the nutrition warehouse brand genetix which are generally the highest intake but this with all the numbers match or can be better with some nutrient intake.
I’ve have banana in the past it’s great with smoothies and vanilla custard is much the same for smoothies or by itself.
The choc brownie is the one I'm on now, smashes all choc proteins if ever had in the taste factor and is easy to drink by itself but to jazz up other meals at to pancakes and protein cookies and protein balls.
