I've attempted to contact Uprotein more than four times via email and phone, but I haven't received a single reply or returned call. It appears they do not have an office, and even then, it seems that messages are simply collected without any meaningful follow-up. After more than two weeks, I’m still without my order and without any communication. This lack of response is extremely disappointing.”

You placed your order with us on 8 PM, 15th June, and it was dispatched promptly the following day, 16th June.
On Monday, 23rd June, the order was returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided at the time of the transaction.
You contacted us at 8 PM, 23rd June, and again the next day. We responded to your inquiries with re-delivery options via email on Wednesday, 25th June.
Since then, we have followed up twice to confirm your preferred re-delivery option but have not yet received a response from you.
The delay in receiving your order is due to the incorrect delivery details supplied initially, coupled with the time taken to respond (1.5 days), and we are now awaiting your instructions to proceed.
