“The "Premium + XHL" has 36.1g protein while the "Hydro + Enzymes" has 32.4g protein. (11.5% more). Fat and Carbohydrates are down to 1/2 or a 1/3 as well.
Flavour wise "Double Choc" is much like "Choc Brownie", "Vanilla Bean" is much like "Vanilla Custard" and "Exotic Fruit" is much like "Tropical Thunder" (both citrus). The premium doesn't have a version of the "Banana Sundae". I had hoped that the "Exotic Fruits" may have been a Berry flavour but no luck.
If I had to rank them Choc, Vanila or Banana, Citrus.
I have tried making the Choc with just water but it's not too good. Suggest a 2:1 ratio of milk:water that way it froths up.
Is the premium worth the 20% more in cost than the hydro? I can't really say, flavour wise no real answer.”
“Came in a very timely manner. I am very happy with the taste and texture, very soluble and can be mixed with milk or water alone. I got the double choc one, and it tastes good with just water! I got the natural flavour and I use it with smoothies or some baking ;) Low carb and high in protein. I even use it as meal replacement. Price is very exceptional compared to other "popular" protein brands. I opted to get this one after some research. The good reviews is not all talk. :)”
