“Using for 3 weeks now post workout and seen some noticeable gains along with some half decent weight loss (mix Upro carnitine). Mixes easy, choc tastes awesome, bananas not bad either haven't tried vanilla yet to be opened. Goes down a treat, no bloating or anything. The only 2 minor things I didn't like was using star track I had to have someone at home when delivered otherwise I would have to pick up from depot or wait (work full time so hard to be home) and would love to see one of those zip closed bags that ON use for there protein. I mix my shakes at night and it's a pain in the butt sometimes when u have to close 3 or 4 diff bags. All in all Killa product and coming back for more.”
