I've combined the whey powder with Creatine powder and Glutamine powder to ensure I'm getting enough amino acids in my diet as well. I'm sure the addition of Creatine and Glutamine are helping me work harder at the gym and assist in my recovery.
Both powders mix well in milk or water/juice and their flavour is minimal so it doesn't affect the taste of the drink very much. Can highly recommend UProtein for their great products and fantastic service. Will continue to buy from UProtein.”
