“Easily resolves in water or juice. It is not tasteless and is a bit sour which is just fine. You feel like you are drinking lemonade with less/no sugar. It gives your muscles some tinkling sense which is an indication that it is doing something (based on my own experience). I feel more focused and have a good level of energy during the day.”
