“This product is great and something that I always add to my mass gainer shake after a workout. It gives me those extra carbs a skinny guy like myself needs, and helps use the protein I am getting in the mass gainer to full effect. It therefore ensures you are getting value for money with the mass gainer product also made by UProtein, in the sense that your body is using up all that protein and it is not going to waste. It mixes seamlessly and you do not even notice it is in your shake which is something that I like. If I was to clutch at straws to find a negative, it would be to have a scoop contained in the bag, nonetheless its not hard to weigh the amount of grams you require on a cheap scale. It would also be handy if on the front of the bag it said what the product was, so I did not have to read the back of the bag to find out what it is in conjunction with all the other products I have.
