“Looking for a deal combo for fat loss and getting lean muscles. This is the one. I drink the L-carnitine 30minutes before my work out, very soluble with cold water or juice. It has a little bit of like seaweed smell - so I need to add in more water or juice / milk. Then I drink the whey protein for post work out or meal replacement sometimes. the double choc taste really really good even with just water alone. :) Fast delivery too!
