“After having my hair weave removed I opted for a topper . I was delighted with how it looked , but there were issues . I realised that this was not the solution I needed so turned to wigs . I still wore the topper , but it was uncomfortable and I still had an issue with my receding hairline .
Ninfa , which in a beautiful dark brown gave me the look I longed for . The fibre is so soft . My main aim is to wear it pinned up / back and I will have to practice this . She is tucked away in her box for high days and holidays , but as a longer wig with a fringe , she is an absolute winner .
I have now cut off the long hair I was hanging onto for wearing the topper . It was surprisingly liberating and I can view my bald pate and short back and sides far more positively than when I looked like Max Wall ( ask your grandad ) .”
