“I was not happy with this wig at all , I have been wearing wigs for over 20 years . The hair on the top was too short which made the hair style looking as if it was 2 different hair cuts . Plus there was not no option to style the top as it was too short .i stupidly cut the length to make the top look even but it still did not look good so i ended up wasting my money as i could not send it back . With wigs you need to have a good length on top and the frame of your face so you can adjust the wig to your face .i wax taken back just how short the wig hair wwas on top . The back and length was lovely and colour”

We are very sorry to see a 2 star review of the Pretty, we tend to get great feedback from the majority of Ellen Wille styles. From how you describe this piece makes me think there may be something not quite right with this particular unit. I know you have modified this one now which makes it hard for us to help/replace but in future if there is anything you are unhappy with please get in touch and we will always try our best to change that 2 stars into 5!
There is a 14 day returns period for the Ellen Wille ranges which we would urge you to use if this was to ever happen again with any future orders.

“This wig is brilliant. I love 'Pretty'.
Cap fits beautiful. It's comfy and lightthe style is as it looks on the picture. Moves just like real hair.
I have it in Bernstein Rooted. A lovely colour mix of light brown with blonde highlights. This is the very first wig I have that has never had to cut the fringe on.
I just needed to push the cap upward a little and the fringe is perfect. Would seriously reccomend buying this one.
And the price is good from valentine wigs as usual. Quick delivery as always.”
