“If you have not purchased a RW wig before, go for it, this wig will not disappoint you. I love that I can part it anywhere. Very realistic in terms of colour, highlights on the front do frame and lift the face, its not to thick or dense either. Lace front is one of the best on the market
The only negative is, it comes up a little large, its does not sit flat on the back of my head and if I pull it down its too low on my forehead.
I did purchase another wig by RW at the same time and this one fits perfectly? I have not experienced this before, so it might be a one off.
I have just purchased another pretty please, so will see if that comes up large too.
I do think the wigs are not like they used to be and do not seem to last as long as they used to a few years ago. Not just RW wigs.
I have purchased products to try to prolong the life of the wig as the fibres do tend to "frizz" on the back of the neck, where the fibres touch the neck and shoulder.
I use a wide tooth comb and products for a synthetic wig, which I do recommend you use. I follow the recommendations and spray after each use and wash as directed.
I purchased the care products from Valentines too.
I gave the wig a 4* due to the size issue. The wig itself is perfect in every other way.

They offer a personal service and are consummate professionals, going above and beyond to offer a personal service. I have spoken to Richard on a few occasions regarding colour and he e-mails a response promptly and offers advice on the colour based on my previous choices. I also get the same first class service from other team members.
I cannot recommend them more highly.”
