“Mariah was a disappointment! Her style & texture were good & her hair density fine & very natural. Her color , listed as Irish Cream...was a golden blond with very dark roots and that dark inner nape that Gisela Mayer is so fond of. I like tonal cool ashes or creams...gold is not for me!
The color chart was way off and I won't purchase from this German company again..high restocking costs ...so I'll keep her for under winter beanies or a fedora hat!

Hi, really sorry Mariah was a disappointment for you, it is unfortunate both Gisela Mayer & Ellen Wille now charge a re-stocking fee, it is due to all the extra costs that have come about with Brexit. Colours are so difficult to judge due to differences in screen colours, the best way to be accurate would be to use the colour rings we have for loaning out. There are plenty of styles that come from the UK so hopefully you are happy enough with those.
