“This is the second Stay wig that I have ordered in a matter of months (one from Valentines and the other from a different site) Already owning four Ellen Wille Stay wigs I can honestly say that these latest ones are shorter in length, bangs etc. I am so very disappointed and this shorter length just does not suit me. I cannot return as I have already tried to restyle it with the hope that I can somehow make it suitable but nope it is just not the same as my original Stay wigs. If possible it would be great if you could compare it to the older Ellen Wille Stay wigs as I am convinced .. in fact I know this one is different. Kinds regards Pat Steele”

We have contacted Ellen Wille who have responded that they are happy for you to send it back so they can inspect it and if it is different they will exchange it for you.
