“I placed my order for this in-stock item and waited 2 weeks for processing and shipping, then nearly another 2 weeks for it to be delivered from AUS to the US. When the glasses finally arrived, I was immediately disappointed by the quality. Based on the price and the marketing as "luxury" glasses, I expected much more. These glasses are lightweight and flimsy and in my opinion, are worth about $50 USD tops. When I tried the glasses on, I noticed they sat crooked on my face. I laid the frames on a flat surface to double check, and sure enough the frame was bent. I reached out to customer service and they agreed to refund me a an exception, but please read their return policy and note that returns are generally not allowed. I also had to pay $40.00 to ship the item back to AUS from the US. Safe to say, I will not be buying from VE again.”

We pride ourselves on the quality of our frames - these are handcrafted in a premium facility and independently checked for quality. Due to the handcrafted nature, some frames can have slight differences (these are not quick machine pop-outs that you will find from other brands). If there was a delivery delay to your order, we apologise, however as noted on our Shipping Policy, sometimes these delays are unavoidable and out-of-our control. We do indeed allow returns, and we urge all customers to understand the Returns Policy before purchasing. Our Policy abides by all applicable Australian Consumer Laws and we think it is more than fair. In your instance, we understood the multiple issues you faced so provided a suitable remedy. Again, we are sorry to hear about your experience with this order and note that this is not the experience we hope for our customers.
