“Wiring diagram should be easy accessible in the specifications folder kn the part pqge, instead you have to dig for it accross 3 different pages , like fine print..... if you want people to be happy with your product ans keep buying from your site, review your specifications pages and make the information it contains clear, readily accessible, pertinent to THE END USER, who may gave limited exposure to or experience with to your products.
Otherwise your service and pricing is very good your website easy to negotiate fix a few thimgs so your end user benefits.
I had to call your tech people, because in the specs page there is no detail on the coil resistance , so wasnt able to teat the coil and ebsure it met specs.
Wiring diagram for the plug should be prominantly stated and easy accessed.”
Thanks for the feedback MIchael. You are right and we will put this on the list to fix. Very valuable feedback as sometimes we forget that we are in the Industry and what we want to see is not what the end user needs.
