“My use of this valve is not normal, I removed the return spring, have it mounted horizontal inline with an on ground solar water heater. Water from solar heater can pass through as hot water rises it passes throubn, and when pump starts the pressure from the pump closes the valve to stop back flow. The water is used for house slabe heating.”
“Bought this 3/4" brass check valve for a back yard water pumping project. It works fine, so I bought another 1" valve for another project. They a solid brass and not plastic like others.”
