“Our Distillery (McRobert Distillery) uses a German Certuss steam generator, a Universal 600 TC model that runs off LPG. It's the only one in Australia, and we normally source our spare parts directly from Germany. We've had five years of trouble-free operation, but things wear out. Luckily for us Process Systems had an (equivalent) replacement steam solenoid valve capable of handling the high temperatures. With prompt packaging late on a Friday afternoon, the high-temperature steam solenoid valve was air-bagged to us and fitted by Tuesday morning. Production was uninterrupted. Cheers Process Systems”
