“With other companies during this Tobacco act it has been difficult to get my packages. While the delivery did take a little longer the delivery driver even came to my work because I texted him I wasn’t home. He saved me having to wait for my product to get redelivered! Amazing customer service from the delivery company.”
“Products are good however shipping is the worst I’ve ever seen. I understand supply chain issues, however the company they use doesn’t give proper tracking information. I ordered these on December 26th. It is January 12th and the product has yet to leave the facility. The tracking updates every 3 days or so to say “Label Created” just to go back to “Ready To Go” the next day.”
