“Product was exactly what I wanted and I am very happy with it. Getting it delivered, however was a nightmare. After receiving updates showing delivery was attempted and was not successful, I finally wrote to the delivery company and the driver eventually called me. Despite talking in person and multiple text messages, he was unable to understand that his GPS took him to the resident gate and he needed to use the gate 500 yards farther up the road as a visitor.. I had to agree to meet him at the wrong gate so he wouldn’t send my package back ( which one update said he had). Really uneasy about trying to successfully obtain another order. Not sure if I will order again or not at this point.”
“WHY DID IT TAKE TWO WEEKS TO DELIVER MY ORDER?I WOULD LIKE TO REORDER BUT NEED IT TO ARRIVE QUICKLY HOW DO I DO THAT AND HOW CAN I GET MY ORDER WITHOUT SIGNATURE?P;EASE RESPOND!!”
