“I’ve been a customer for years and suddenly you have to buy the charging port separately. Do you buy a phone without the charger? I’m not sure I’ll be staying with this company with all the new charges, shipping, signing fee ( I understand this one) and now being charged for the charger. I’m highly disappointed.”
