Vedder's custom-engineered claw attachment is designed to provide maximum concealment and greater comfort during concealed carry. The Vedder Holster Claw is a great addition to your standard LightTuck holster!
What is a Concealment Claw and What Does it Do?
A concealment claw, also known as a holster claw or “wing,” is a holster attachment designed to hold your gun closer to your body to prevent printing and provide greater concealment.
Holster claws also help distribute the weight of your gun, which makes for a more comfortable carry. The additional point of contact also keeps your weapon more secure.
What Are the Features of the Vedder Holster Claw?
Easily attaches to most LightTuck models using a simple drill and a few pieces of hardware that come included with the claw.
Claw is made of a composite polymer with a two-part resin to give it added strength.
Works in nearly every concealed carry position.
What do you get when you buy the Vedder Holster Claw?
Order comes with a template and an extended retention screw to help you attach the claw using your original post and retention spacer.
Claw comes with detailed attachment instructions.
For instructions on how to attach the claw to your existing LightTuck, check out our video tutorial at www.VedderHolsters.com/clawinstall.
* Please note that due to the LightTuck holster’s wide range of adjustability, the claw may not be ideal in all carry positions/angles. If you prefer to carry your LightTuck in the deepest adjustment level or with a strong degree of reverse cant, the claw may not make the necessary contact with your belt to be effective.

I bought this for a holster from another manufacturer because they don't seem to be able to make one to fit the hoslters they make and it works much better, I think.

I have a couple of observations regarding the installation instructions/video on your website. 1) The video shows all three pieces of the retention setup being removed prior to using the template jig to mark the drilling location. The post on my jig is much smaller than the existing hole in the holster resulting in a lot of variance for the new hole to be drilled. Leaving the post insert and rubber spacer installed temporarily when marking the drilling location with the jig allowed for a more precise drilling location. 2) Nowhere in the instructions/video did it mention the size of the drill bit to use. Using a vernier caliper to measure the post on the claw, I determined a 13/64" drill bit would be the best choice. I have yet to start carrying my Glock with this new holster addition, so I can't comment on that yet.

I got a claw to use on my rapidtuck which it wasn’t intended for. But with the included leather punch, a drill bit and an assortment of Chicago screws it worked beautifully greatly reducing the print of my HK.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review! The Claw is designed specifically for our LightTuck and SideTuck, unfortunately, it does not mount to any OWB or other IWB holsters at this time. We do offer a 30 day return/exchange policy if you would like to proceed with sending it back for a return. Please do not hesitate to reach out to customer service for any further assistance.

Like usual, Vedders shipping is spot on. Customer service in regards to email communications is fairly quick and detailed. The claw kit was an add on to an existing holster that had no claw. The claw function did its job in minimizing CCW printing.

This added a good amount of help to prevent "printing". 10 out of 10 will recommend.
