I have struggled with multiple conceal IWB holsters. I have 2 guns and multiple holsters that just never worked quite right. Either they were too flimsy or they were sturdy but way to large and uncomfortable. The LightTuck is perfect. It is very sturdy, holds the gun with a perfect fit, has a sweat guard to keep the metal off your skin. It has a very sturdy adjustable clip. The best part is how thin it is. I can carry my larger gun now fully concealed and comfortably. Pair this with the Cobra quick release gun belt and you have the perfect set up.

Having tried many holsters over the years, hybrids, other (lesser kydex), crossbreeds, kholsters, 5.11, harrys etc. I like my vedder the most and have multiple now (getting the extra claw was worth it personally if carrying AIWB). Carrying strong side (4-430pm) i find I don't need the claw. It's simple, clean, holds your tool perfectly without worry of it falling out or popping loose. No extra crazy frills and hooks and rivets etc. Don't get me wrong Harry's holsters are awesome but just too much extra bulk that I didn't care for. The days of Hybrid crossbreeds and kydex etc two hook systems are not needed for myself personally. Haven't seen much added wear to the tools (if that's even really a worry to some). Edges are well rounded off on the ones I've received. The hook clip is pretty sharp on your belt, and super strong. This does cause some heavy wear on the belt as the edges of the clip are somewhat sharp(ish), you could spring for the more plastic one if you are worried about that. All in all, I think I'm going to be sticking with Vedder for quite some time until something else springs up that wins my business. Hook a man up with some more discount codes would ya guys? So I can lace up more tools! Be well everyone.

I purchased the Lite Tuck holster with claw attachment in carbon fiber print. The holster is snug in securing the weapon but doesn't prevent it from drawing. The clasp is nice and tight and will definitely grab hold of a good belt. It's comfy overall and leaves a small print. I can't say anything but great things about it.

This item still does not come with locktite on the bolts. The wing should come with a rubber ring so it doesn’t rotate. Otherwise it’s s decent rig. ***VH COMMENT*** Thank you for taking the time to review your holster. We do not apply thread locker to the holsters form the shop to allow you the option to adjust and set it how you would like. We do recommend applying thread locker to your holster to help prevent the hardware from backing out. We use the blue tube of Loctite that you can find at a local hardware store. I hope this helps, have a great day!

Unfortunately I'm not a big guy so carrying a concealed full size gun is not an option for me, I'm also fairly new to CC and don't have much experience with too many holsters to compare to. With that said, for the gun I carry most often, XDS 9MM 3.3, I purchased a less expensive, and come to find out poorly designed IWB holster to get me started. I also have a S&W Bodyguard 380 that I soon learned I needed a holster for this gun as well to carry occasionally when the situation or for what I'm wearing that day needs a smaller lighter weight more concealable gun. I purchased the LightTuck for my 380 since I already had a holster for my XDS and loved it. The cheapo holster I bought for my XDS slid around on my belt through out the day, nothing major but I was constantly adjusting it / sliding it back into my preferred carry at 3 o'clock. The final straw, after wearing / using the cheapo for about 3 months, I was dry fire practicing and went to draw the gun and pulled the gun and holster off my belt, the plastic belt clip failed. At that point I threw that holster in the garbage and immediately purchased my 2nd LightTuck for my XDS. In my novice experience of holsters, at this point I've got no need to shop for anything different. Both holsters fit my needs, are extremely comfortable, have positive and adjustable retention of the gun and clip securely to my belt without moving around, or pulling off my belt while drawing. I don't foresee either one of these holsters failing any time soon like my original purchased holster. Don't cheap out on the gear you may need to save your life.

After 2 happy years of carrying my Shield 9mm in a Vedder Comfort Tuck I traded that gun in on a new Sig P365. As much as I liked the hybrid design of the Comfort Tuck I couldn't help but wonder if the minimalist design of the Light Tuck might work well with such a compact gun. I ordered the optional claw to experiment with. I've always carried at 4 o'clock but have seen so many appendix carriers on review videos I thought I'd give that a try. After much experimentation, I found that appendix carry is not for me. I'm tall and thin and my build doesn't work well with the gun in front of me. HOWEVER, I've found that the Light Tuck (without the claw) works great behind the point of my hip, say 3:30-4:00 o'clock. I adjusted the cant forward, perfected the retention for my tastes (Vedder is thoughtful enough to supply a shorter retention screw with the claw attachment in case you decide you prefer not to use it) and found that the Light Tuck is actually MORE comfortable than the Comfort Tuck was for me. The holster is well made with smooth, rounded edges. The gun fits perfectly, and you can adjust the retention to your preference. What I think I love most about all Vedder holsters is the clip. I've had other holsters over the years that employ plastic clips, and I've found them to either be weak or brittle. The Vedder steel clip is strong and the powder coating is tough. (My Comfort Tuck clips still looked like new after 2 years of daily use.) Between the super-strong clip and the positive retention, I have full confidence that my gun is not going anywhere no matter what sort of physical activity I may be doing. Pair this holster with a good gun belt, and you'll be rewarded with a super-comfortable daily carry setup.

Went through about 5 different holsters. After wearing my Vedder lightuck with claw, I realized it's my last 5 holsters combined. So simple, feels good. No printing
