The Vedder Holsters Pocket Locker® is great for concealed carry of small sized pocket pistols in the front pocket of your pants- great for those that do not wish to carry around the waistline. Fully adjustable retention allows you to set your preference of tight, loose, or somewhere-in-between retention. The Pocket Locker® features three possible ways to draw. First, when drawing your firearm from your pocket, the hook catches on the corner of your pants pocket and the firearm is drawn, free from the holster. Second, it is great for those that want a secure and custom holster for their carry bag or purse as the holster comes standard with eyelet hardware which can be used to attach paracord to the interior of your bag for snatch style un-holstering. Third, an optional thumb tab that allows you to un-holster your gun with a simple thumb press. Each holster is custom molded from Kydex® to your unique gun model ensuring a perfect fit. It also comes with a full sweat guard. Sweat guards cover both sides of the entire slide of your pistol reducing its contact with moisture from your body.

Current listed holsters are ideal for front pocket carry in most standard mens jeans. To test if the holster will work for you in pocket carry, we recommend trying to put your unloaded and safety checked gun in your pocket to get an idea if pocket carry is for you. If your gun fits comfortably in your pocket, then you will have a good idea if the holster will fit in your pocket as well.

“The holster is nice, fits and holds the gun securely and with a little practice, is easy to allow a quick and discreet draw. My only recommendation would be consideration of some sort of thin padded backing for the part that rests against the thigh which depending on the pants I wear, has felt a bit rough especially when carried all day like I do.”

“This thing is great! Perfect fit for my S&W 442, it “clicks” in place, stays put and is very comfortable to carry all day. I definitely recommend the curve & thumb tab option. I’m going to be ordering another one(for a different pistol) when I’m done writing this review.”

“Great ergonomic curve and hooked corner to grab into (and not leave) your pocket when drawing. Fits my Glock 43x with a Holosun 507 K optic and Streamlight TLR 6 perfectly and has got just the right amount of retention. My only complaint is the extended left thumb tab option...it sits about 1/4-1/2" above the right side and doesn't allow me to get the best grip without adjusting since the web of my hand is leaving the grip. (in my $.02 opinion, it would be better if this tab was lower where your right thumb naturally lands.) I find myself using the holster's awesome curve and hook design to grab my pocket and focus on a better initial purchase high on the backstrap. That all being said, this IS a pocket holster with inherent limitations so I'm still giving it a 5/5.”

“Purchased this holster for my Smith & Wesson Model 442-1 Revolver. This is my first Pocket Holster and it works very well with this gun. Fits well in the pocket. Holds the gun secure and covers the trigger, but is very easy to draw from with Curve and Thumb Tab the holster remains in your pocket. Very satisfied with the purchase.”
