“I bought this holster for my Sig P322 because it was the only hybrid holster I could find for it. I prefer hybrid holsters over pure Kydex and all leather for this application. The quality of the materials and workmanship are very good. The brand of OWB hybrid holster I normally would have purchased would have adjustable tension as this holster does not. Also, the leather used for this holster, while of good quality is quite stiff and is taking quite a bit of usage to get it to be comfortable. I prefer the leather be a bit softer from the start. One last complaint. The cut out for the red dot sight is much deeper/longer than need be so the holster does not provide any protection for the red dot at all. My other hybrid holsters provide some protection for the red dot. While all of these things are minor complaints I probably will not buy another holster from Vedder. They're products are made with good quality materials but their competition offers more of what I look for in a holster for the same or slightly higher price.”

We do understand that everyone has a personal carry preference and if you find that your holster is not fully meeting your needs you are welcome to take advantage of that within this time frame. The hybrid holsters do have a break in period so you should see this start to break in over use of the holster. Currently we do not offer the RMR/Red Dot Optic to be covered however, the cut out is made to accommodate a variety of optic selections. “I carry this with my staccato cs as my edc. My only complaint is they don’t offer it with the tlr-7 light. Very comfy. I also have the same holster for my Sig Xten. I must like it I bought 2. Vedder. Please make light bearing options!!’n”

“Since I just received it and I had a surgery on my foot and have not been able to take it out into a field or on a hike I can’t read it that way, however And how it fits, my pistol specifically fits that model pistol. I’m very happy with the product so far.”

“I bought this Quick Draw OWB holster for my Smith and Wesson equalizer 9 mm. The holster is tight fitting. I already have marks on the holster where my gun is rubbing again it. I don't think I have even taken the gun in and out of the holster maybe 7 times I am afraid it is going to wear the bluing off of my new gun”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review! The marking along the leather backing is just from the protruding safety on your Equalizer model coming in contact. However, the kydex and leather backing is a softer material then the firearm so you should not experience any additional ware outside of normal use. If you find that your holster is too tight while being worn we do offer adjustments and can certainly get this loosened up to accommodate your carry preference!
