The RapidTuck® holster is an inside the waistband (IWB) hybrid holster that’s handmade with premium leather and molded Kydex® to perfectly fit your gun. The RapidTuck® holster features:
A premium 10-12 oz. leather backing that evenly distributes the weight of your carry gun for all-day comfort. Each piece is hand-selected for its unique, rugged appearance and has a soft, finished backing. All RapidTuck® holsters are available in your choice of full-grain cowhide or horsehide leather, both of which are known for their exceptional durability, flexibility, and moisture resistance. While both are vegetable-tanned with chemical-free waxes and oils to withstand harsh environments, horsehide is a naturally stronger and denser leather and may be a better choice for those living in climates with higher heat and humidity. A hand-crafted Kydex® shell that is molded to fit your individual firearm, and also designed to hold up to the most extreme conditions and wear.
Custom sight channels are also made specifically for your gun to ensure clearance with all front sights and loaded chamber indicators.
Rock Solid Spring Steel Clip available with your option of accommodating standard 1.5" gun belts or wider 1.75" belts. This new spring steel design allows for the slimmest profile over standard plastic belt clips. These clips are also tuckable to allow for deep concealment.
Adjustable ride height feature allows for three adjustment levels allowing you to position your holster exactly where you want it!
The clip is adjustable which allows up to 30° cant in both directions- forward or reverse.

“This is my second rapid tuck. Comfortable but holds weapon way too tight with no way to adjust. I used a heat gun to "loosen" up the tension”

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review! I am sorry to hear your RapidTuck had a tighter retention then preferred. Overtime you will find the leather breaks in loosening up slightly. “Very comfortable and I’m not worried about the clip braking like my others have. It’s a little harder to adjust nice inside the pants, but if you place it well the first time now worries!”

“Love my RapidTuck holster. Have worn it daily since I received it. Per the color and finish I chose, my first Holstex holster. Very well made. Chose the horse leather. Always the best choice, in my opinion. My first holster from Vedder and would order from them again. Would recommend them to others. The only minor issue I had was receiving the entire order. I had ordered the 1.5" and 1.75" belt clips. Received only the 1.5" clip with the order. Called Vedder and customer service took care of it, no questions asked. My issue, I asked that it be shipped 2nd Day FedEx just like I had paid for originally. The lady I was speaking with said they normally ship small orders by USPS, which would take 7-10 days. I had just dealt with this with another holster company and it took four weeks to receive all of the hardware for this very same reason. Unlike with the other holster company, this time I pushed back a bit and she said she had to ask her manager. She called me back later the same day, which I appreciate, and left a voicemail. Here's the issue; she said she spoke to her manager and they would make an exception this time and ship it 2nd Day by FedEx. You are making an exception for your customer for YOUR MISTAKE. I took a little offense to that statement but did not respond and let it go. However, from someone who deals with the public daily and has for the past 25 years, you don't make exceptions to clients for the mistake you made. Vedder made things right without hesitation and I was happy about that. However, if you make a mistake and the shipping request is made, OWN IT. Don't tell your customer your making exceptions. Better yet, solve the issue on your end and it becomes a mute point in the future. Other than that, I will order from them again.”
