The RapidTuck® holster is an inside the waistband (IWB) hybrid holster that’s handmade with premium leather and molded Kydex® to perfectly fit your gun. The RapidTuck® holster features:
A premium 10-12 oz. leather backing that evenly distributes the weight of your carry gun for all-day comfort. Each piece is hand-selected for its unique, rugged appearance and has a soft, finished backing. All RapidTuck® holsters are available in your choice of full-grain cowhide or horsehide leather, both of which are known for their exceptional durability, flexibility, and moisture resistance. While both are vegetable-tanned with chemical-free waxes and oils to withstand harsh environments, horsehide is a naturally stronger and denser leather and may be a better choice for those living in climates with higher heat and humidity. A hand-crafted Kydex® shell that is molded to fit your individual firearm, and also designed to hold up to the most extreme conditions and wear.
Custom sight channels are also made specifically for your gun to ensure clearance with all front sights and loaded chamber indicators.
Rock Solid Spring Steel Clip available with your option of accommodating standard 1.5" belts or wider 1.75" belts. This new spring steel design allows for the slimmest profile over standard plastic belt clips. These clips are also tuckable to allow for deep concealment.
Adjustable ride height feature allows for three adjustment levels allowing you to position your holster exactly where you want it!
The clip is adjustable which allows up to 30° cant in both directions- forward or reverse.

“I really like the RapidTuck for my Canick TP9 Elite SC. It is much more comfortable that a full kydex holster, and the leather backing is flexible. I have not yet experimented with the different heights or cants. I have used it as it was shipped. I will probably order another Vedder hybrid holster for my second pistol. Way to go, Vedder!”

“The idea is outstanding in the concept is great.... What I really like about it.... It looks like a leather or cowhide backing ... I love this idea it makes it very comfortable if it's against your skin... Unfortunately that's the only thing I like about it.... If you turn the host upside down the gun falls out immediately, no type of tension screw at all...... They do have other holsters that look interesting that appear they would hold your gun a tighter....... I was very disappointed in this holster after waiting over a month to get it.... I tried it for 4 days straight and then immediately mailed it back.... Vedder stuck by their word and immediately gave me a refund I like this company and I want it to like the holster...”

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We are so sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with this holster. All of our hybrid holsters are designed to have optimal retention while on the belt and up against the body. off the body, there is nothing pushing the Kydex into the shell creating the retention. The hybrid holsters do not have a retention adjustment screw but, we do have others that do if that is what you prefer. “I like this holster, the one downfall I have with it is the retention is very lose and I’m sure when it brakes in it won’t hold at all. Feels great, the belt clip is strong and won’t come off without wanting to take it off.”

“Holster had no retention at all, the pistol moved around inside the holster and just fell out. It's actually in the mail headed back to you for a refund”

This holster was designed to have optimal retention while on the belt and up against the body. While off the body, there isn't much holding the gun into the shell. We do offer all Kydex holsters that provide constant retention and we are happy to set you up with an exchange.

“I like this holster for sure, I think it’s very well made. I called after I recd the holster and I was a little turned off by the customer service after the sale. The wrong orientation was ordered and I was sort of talked down to by an associate. I ordered two other ones and plan to return this but it will deter me in the future. Just an FYI.”
