Thank you for taking the time to leave this review! All of our holsters are handcrafted to order before shipping out, currently we are at a lead time of 3-5 business days and then shipped with your preferred shipping method selected at checkout. You should receive an order confirmation as well as when your order completes production with your shipping information. Sometimes we have found these will go to the spam folder so I recommend taking a look there!
