“This replacement is as good as the original one was when new, but they are made of steel and plastic, so they don't last all that long in the harsh UV and damp climate of New Zealand. This is the second frame and third cover in 14 years—and it's the fifth (at least!) repair job in that time. Apart from that, the Vegepod is a wonderful piece of kit, and good value. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again, accepting that replacement will be an ongoing cost. Hint: making the cover frame from aluminium instead of steel would be a big improvement.”

“hood is good, and system works well. Main issues I have had is in high winds, where the hoods can get blown off. (The clips aren't that strong) and that the cover material can wear at teh point that the clips attach. Works well, godo system very hppy with them.”
