“The wheels had rusted and were blocked, could not move the Vegepod. I ordered 4 new wheels and then found out that the removal of rusted wheels was near impossible. I asked if someone could assist or what tool I could use to remove them. It was suggeted that a Vegepod manager who lived closeby could come to assit in replacing the old wheels. This was achieved with a need for new brackets, which was effectively done, excellent service and we now have a functioning Vegepod. Very happy customer.”
