“The trolley itself looks great and seems to function well.
I have other vegepods without trolley stand and wanted the trolley to move around on the grass so I could mow around it easily and follow the sun as suggested on the website.
I didn't realise until I received the product that the trolley stand was only designed for hard surfaces, and not suitable to be used on the grass. This is not clear in the advertising, but only showed in instructions upon assembling the product.
I wish this was made clear on the website as now I have brought a very expensive trolley stand and cannot use it as I intended, but will have to lay pavers on the grass to provide a hard surface and the trolley will be staying stationary on my few pavers on the grass, like my other pods who have normal stands (which did not cost as much!)
The trolley was a waste of my money as it cannot function as I needed. There should be a disclaimer on the website to make clear it is only for hard surfaces.
There are pictures in the advertising of vegepods set up on grass so I beleived setting up on grass was ok but I've since learned this is not advised.”
“the trolley is very sturdy, easy to manoevre. However, I was disappointed that one wheel cov er was broken and that the replacement wheel that was sent was also broken. Third time lucky!! The staff were very efficient & apologetic for the inconvenience.”
