“Love this bike rack! I’m a smallish woman but I can load bikes and push the rack up in the vertical position with two bikes on. It’s a little heavy and takes two people with three bikes on. The thing I would change about it is make it able to go all the way horizontal with the hydraulic engaged. I need it to drop all the way to be able to open the gate on my Jeep Wrangler. Other than that, it’s pretty amazing.”

Hi there, we are happy to hear you're loving your VelociRAX! We appreciate your feedback about fully lowering the rack to camp mode. You can keep the dampers engaged when lowering into the load position, then remove it before lowering the center post fully. “Have had many racks and this is by far superior to the rest, even the wife loves it as she can now load her own bike with ease. Well build and so far after a year it’s holding up extremely well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product. In fact, I’ve recommended to many people as I get lots of inquiries when people see this rack. Thank you for building a solid product!”

“Without a doubt the best hitch mount rack I've ever owned. Super easy to load bikes of all styles and sizes and has the cool dampening system to allow easy access to my back hatch. When not in use the garage storage feature is really nice. Usually your looking for some place to store your rack where it's not in the way but with the VelociRAX it actually organizes your garage! Oh yeah did I mention it is bomb proof! Super sturdy construction.”
