“We love our Kul Spark Obsidian and we use it everyday. Recently we even cut back on having water bottles delivered to our house.
I had some questions and a bit of problem setting up my Kul (this was more user fault then anything else).
I was suprised I was able to get a customer service / rep right away. I like that, its rare to have a real live customer service agent who is easily available to help you when you need it. For that they should get 10 stars but 5 stars is the max I can get.

“Had some issues with my unit because there was a pert not shipped with the sidekick. Once resolved all is working great and I’m drinking a lot more water than ever! Stopped the bottled water service and we are saving a lot. Just a small tip for those complaining about fizz not being strong. Turn the cylinder of co2 snug and it will work fine.”
“So far the system works great. Our family is really enjoying having the cold/hot and sparkling water on demand. It is a little noisy after use but we are ok with it.
One recommendation would be to make an update to the software where we can choose an amount of ounces of water to be dispensed rather than holding the button. I.e 8, 12, 16, or 20 OZ auto fills.”
“I love my Kul!!!! I am an avid sparkling water drinker and have tried other systems previously. It bothers me to spend money on seltzer water at the markets. I have finally found the perfect solution - Kul. The machine supplies perfectly carbonated water that I flavor with lemon, lime, or orange slices, or a dab of cranberry juice or lemonade. It is so refreshing and enjoyable!! The filtered cold water is perfect for other members of my family, and the instant hot water is a bonus. I could not recommend this unit more highly!!”
