“In general the gloves are good and comfortable. The problem with the gloves are they are not warm. I work outside and these gloves are not for extreme winter maybe they are good for regular use means just wear them and sit in a vehicle and come back indoors.”

I'm sorry to hear that your gloves aren't as warm as expected. They do have a fleece inner lining to keep your hands warm and dry for daily commuting and light use, but weren't designed to be used in extremely cold temperatures. The main benefit of our Waterproof Gloves is to keep your hands dry during the cold and wet season.
