“This review is for a replacement pair. The first pair did not work and got soaked through. Customer service was exceptional and quickly replaced the gloves. The new ones work as advertised. 4 out of 5 stars because they're not cosy or warm, not the first choice for dry conditions. And, again, exceptional customer service.”
