“I have Raynaud's disease and I love hiking/light mountaineering in rainy and snowy conditions. It has been difficult finding gloves that keep my hands warm AND dry in cold and wet conditions. Traditionally I wear wool gloves which work to keep my hands warm in wet conditions BUT my hands still get wet. Eventually the thumbs also develop friction holes from using hiking poles... and I'd have to patch them or get new gloves (not cheap). These Vessi gloves have been great so far, for keeping my hands dry and warm in the pouring rain. Time will tell if they hold up to friction burns in the thumb area. My only complaint is that the touch screen tips of the gloves don't work for me, but then again I have cycling gloves with the same feature and they also don't work (could be related to my aging cell phone or my cold fingers, and nothing to do with the gloves). “I really love how warm these glove are and how they are waterproof. Sizing was perfect. The only downfall is that they do not work well with my phone (google pixel 6). I always have to take them off to use my phone.”

I'm sorry to hear that your gloves aren't as warm as expected. They do have a fleece inner lining to keep your hands warm and dry for daily commuting and light use, but weren't designed to be used in extremely cold temperatures. The main benefit of our Waterproof Gloves is to keep your hands dry during the cold and wet season.
