I did size down however from my original hand measurement, according to the chart I needed a large but the medium fits..."Like a glove"... There's just no other way to put it lol the return/exchange process was easy as well and while it took a little bit of time, I got my product and there was constant communication. I just wish the purple didn't sell out so fast so I could match my beanie!!!!”
