“So far, the boots continue to be a tight fit for my wide foot. I was told by the salesperson in the store the inner insulation would compress and make for a good fit - so far, that hasn't happened. Granted, our weather hasn't required boots so far.”
Hi Charles,
We greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback.
We apologize for any inconvenience you've faced regarding the break-in process of your Vessis. The material is designed to conform to your foot's shape, similar to how socks fit. Over time, as you wear them, they should gradually adapt and stretch to better fit your foot. It's quite common for Vessis to feel snug initially.
To help during this period, some customers find using a shoehorn to put on the shoes helpful. Additionally, you can accelerate the stretching process by placing a few pairs of thick socks inside the shoes overnight, which should aid in expanding their shape.
We sincerely value your input and will make sure to pass your feedback along to our Product team. Continuous improvement is a priority for us, and your experience contributes to that effort.
Once again, thank you for sharing your thoughts on your Vessis with us.
“I really love this show - Let's go over the cons first -- Cons - this shoe fits a little snug compared to other vessi shoes. Likely due the outer material being a little more snug and less flexible.. I would suggest you buy a size up. If you are usually wearing 10 Vessi's you should buy a size 11. It takes a little bit of time to feel broken in but otherwise it's just fine. Pros - Super warm - I wear dress socks with these shoes and they feel great. Very warm. Waterproof - Absolutely so far. Durable - These shoes can take a real beating and has a solid sole. super dependable.”
