We’re sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of comfort you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
I'll certainly share your thoughts on the design and fit with our Product team, as your feedback is extremely valuable to us. We're working towards expanding our sizing and style offerings in the future, and we'll certainly take note of your feedback on this as we do.
