“I bought them as a gift and while I don’t have a pair myself, my girlfriend who received them has multiple pairs and raves about them. Thinking I’ll have to try them out myself. “The positives : Actually Waterproof , warm and stylish!
Comfort level is unfortunately not for me.
Although meant to fit like a sock , I find the lack of a supportive bed causes me a lot of knee and foot pain. I have now spent multiple days of walking ( as I bought these in hopes to have found a waterproof dog walking shoe) and found I had immense foot , ankle and knee pain after a walk , I’ve now also tried 2 different types of insoles which have helped slightly but I still have mild knee pain and foot fatigue after a walk. Normally shoes are not a challenging purchase for me comfort wise but I feel the technology for a foot molded bed is not working for me . The snugness from the top of the boot that was present at first has now loosened up thankfully . I have a fairly narrow foot and think anyone with a wider foot might also struggle more with this design shape. I’ve had to work in footwear before of course but am finding this a bit tough.
All around could be just fine for many people but sadly the comfort and support is not a 10/10 for me.”

We’re so sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of support and cushioning you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.
